COMMON RENTAL QUESTIONS

To rent one of our scooters or one of our cars it is necessary to have a document that proves your residence and a driving license. If the driver's license is not in the Latin alphabet (eg Arabic, Greek, Russian or Chinese), an international driving license will be required.

To drive our vehicles an AM license is required and 14 years for 50cc mopeds, a B or A1 license and 16 years for 125cc scooters, an A or A2 license and 18 years for scooters for 150cc or over and a driving license B and 18 years for cars. If the driver is still a minor, parental consent is required.

With the exception of the 50cc moped, all our scooters are approved for carrying one passenger. In the case of the 50cc moped, however, the transport of passengers is not allowed.

Our staff will deliver the rented vehicle with a full tank of petrol and in good condition (in the event of damage and / or dents the damage list will be compiled, which you will find on your rental contract), which must be returned in the same conditions at the end of the rental period. Our staff at the time of delivery can also take photographs to document any evidence of damage. You will also be provided with 1 helmet, 1 safety jacket and 1 raincoat for each moped, scooter or motorcycle (in the case of motorcycles or scooters over 125cc, the helmet, safety vest and raincoat for the passenger will be available for a supplement of 10 €).

The price includes the mandatory third party liability (RCA). Unfortunately it is not possible to have of KASKO insurance for rented scooters, customers are responsible for compensation for any damage.
For rental cars, however, KASKO insurance is included.

The best way is to make a request directly on our site in the Booking Form by clicking here, using the telephone number of our office (also Whatsapp Message) or in our office (find all the contacts in the Contact Form
by clicking here). However, in the event that the vehicle is not booked in advance, we cannot ensure its availability. On the day the rental is scheduled to start, the pre-authorization for a deposit will be activated on your credit card, depending on the type of vehicle chosen. For the rental, on the other hand, you can pay by credit/debit card or cash, and you can decide whether to pay in advance or upon returning the vehicle.

At the time of rental, an amount from €300 to €1000 will be blocked on the driver's credit card as a security based on the model requested and only at the end of the rental will the exact amount (€0.01) be charged. For the effective full release of the deposit up to 2/3 working weeks may be required (depending on the connection between banks).

To rent a car or a scooter without a credit card, a variable cash deposit must be paid always from €300 to €1000 depending on the model requested. At the end of the rental, if there are no problems, the full amount will be refunded.

In this case, the deposit must be paid in cash or the contract made out to the cardholder and a second driver added.

Contact our office as soon as possible and provide details of the accident or breakdown, our staff will provide telephone assistance or organize an intervention on site. In case the vehicle cannot start again our staff will deliver you a replacement one (if available) or will transport you to our office to close the rental agreement. In the event of an accident, it is also advisable to notify the authorities immediately before contacting our office.

If during the rental period you should receive a fine, you must have to notify our staff upon returning to the office and provide for compensation for the offense. If the offense is notified on site after the rental period, our staff is authorized to show your rental data to the authorities.
